Closing Statement and Estimated Closing Statement. The Closing Statement and the Estimated Closing Statement shall contain the Final Price calculation and the Initial Price calculation, respectively, as described below and shall comply with all conditions laid out in Schedule 9 and with Clause 2 of the Agreement.
