Common use of Closing Sets Clause in Contracts

Closing Sets. As soon as is reasonably practicable after the Closing Date, the Company agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Investor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ LLP executed copies of this Agreement and any other document required to be delivered to any party pursuant to Section 6 hereof or pursuant to any Other Agreement.

Closing Sets. As soon as is reasonably practicable after the Closing Date, the Company agrees to deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Investor and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ LLP executed copies of this Agreement and any other document required to be delivered to any party pursuant to Section Sections 3, 4 or 6 hereof of this Agreement or pursuant to any Other Agreement.
