Closing Notice. At least three (3) Business Days before the Closing Date for each Tranche Closing, the Company shall deliver written notice to each Buyer specifying (i) the anticipated Closing Date for such Tranche Closing and (ii) the wire instructions for delivery of the applicable portion of the Purchase Price to the Company.
