Common use of Closing Funds Clause in Contracts

Closing Funds. At least one (1) business day before the Close of -------------- Escrow, Escrow Holder shall calculate and Lessee shall wire cash into Escrow (using wiring instructions reasonably satisfactory to Escrow Holder) in an amount which, when added to the Opening Deposit and all accrued interest shall equal the purchase price for the applicable portion of the Leased Property plus any other sums payable by Lessee pursuant to the provisions hereof. 35.
