Closing Funds. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that he or she will not be entitled to receive the transfer/deed to the Property for registration until the balance of funds due on closing, in accordance with the statement of adjustments, are either remitted by certified cheque in accordance with the Closing Direction via personal delivery or by electronic funds to the Vendor's solicitor (or in such other manner as the latter may direct) by no later than 3:00 p.m. on the closing date. A $150.00 plus applicable taxes administrative fee shall be charged to the Purchaser for each sum that the Vendor permits to be paid to the Vendor’s solicitor on account of the Purchase Price for the Property by wire transfer or direct deposit.
