Closing Document List. The Agent and the Lenders shall have received each of the agreements, opinions, reports, approvals, consents, certificates and other documents set forth on the closing document list attached hereto as Schedule A (the "Closing Document List").
Closing Document List. Lender shall have received each of the agreements, opinions, reports, approvals, consents, certificates and other documents set forth on the Closing Document List attached hereto as Annex 1, where applicable, duly executed and delivered by the respective parties thereto.
