The Closing Disclosure clause requires that a detailed statement of final loan terms and closing costs be provided to the borrower before the completion of a real estate transaction. This document typically outlines the exact amounts due, including loan fees, interest rates, taxes, insurance, and other settlement charges, and must be delivered to the borrower a set number of days prior to closing.
