Common use of Closing Deposit Clause in Contracts

Closing Deposit. The Purchase Price less the Initial Deposit ("Closing Deposit"), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on the Closing in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereof.

Closing Deposit. The Purchase Price Price, less the Initial Deposit ("“Closing Deposit"”), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and shall be distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on at the Closing Closing, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereofthis Agreement. Escrow Agent shall promptly notify Seller of its receipt of the Closing Deposit from Buyer.

The Cash Purchase Price Price, less the Initial Deposit ("“Closing Deposit"”), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, Agent in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on the Closing Closing, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereofthis Agreement.

Closing Deposit. The Purchase Price Price, less the Initial Deposit ("Closing Deposit"), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, Agent in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, cash by wire transfer and distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on at the Closing Closing, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereofterms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (the “Closing Deposit”).

The Initial Purchase Price less the Initial Deposit ("Closing Deposit"), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on the Closing in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereof.

Closing Deposit. The Purchase Price less Price, less: (i) the Initial Deposit Deposit; and ("ii) the Extension Deposit, as applicable (“Closing Deposit"”), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and shall be distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on at the Closing Closing, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereofthis Agreement.

Closing Deposit. The Cash Purchase Price Price, less the Initial Deposit ("the “Closing Deposit"”), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow AgentHolder, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and distributed by Escrow Agent Holder to Seller on the Closing in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereof.

Closing Deposit. The Purchase Price Price, less the Initial Deposit ("“Closing Deposit"”), shall be paid by Buyer to Escrow Agent, in the form of Cash, pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and the Purchase Price shall be distributed by Escrow Agent to Seller on Sellers at the Closing Closing, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.1(c) hereofthis Agreement.
