Common use of Closing Date of the Reorganization Clause in Contracts

Closing Date of the Reorganization. The exchange of the Acquired Fund’s assets for the Surviving Fund Shares shall be effective as of close of business on May 19, 2017, or at such other time and date as fixed by the mutual consent of the parties (the “Closing Date”).
