Closing Date and Place of Closing. The transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall close and be completed on the Closing Date. The completion of the transactions contemplated hereunder shall take place at the offices of the Vendor’s solicitors located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or such other location as the parties may agree in writing.
