Closing Closing Condition. A. This transaction shall be closed and the Donated Property delivered as soon as reasonably possible (the “Closing Date”). B. This Donation Agreement and the Donated Property shall be contingent on the approval of any applicable Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Code requirements, or determination by the Donee that it is in the best interests of the Donee to override those requirements.
