Common use of Closing CFD Contracts Clause in Contracts

Closing CFD Contracts. 5.1 On any Business Day on which the Client wishes to close any CFD Contract during market hours (whether in whole or in part) the Client may place an Order on a quote provided by the Company (either through the Trading Facility or via telephone), and the Company executes the instruction in accordance with clause 9 of the main body of the Terms.
