Common use of Closing and Locking Doors Clause in Contracts

Closing and Locking Doors. Unless expressly permitted by Landlord, all doors to the Premises are to be kept closed at all times except while in actual use for entrance to or exit from such Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for the locking of doors and the closing of transoms in and to the Premises. Any damage resulting from neglect of this rule shall be paid by Tenant.
