Common use of Closing Affidavit Clause in Contracts

Closing Affidavit. An affidavit, in form acceptable to Buyer, stating that there are no other parties entitled to possession of any parcel of the Real Property other than Buyer as of the Closing Date.

Closing Affidavit. An affidavit, in form reasonably acceptable to Buyer, stating that subject to the Permitted Encumbrances, there are no other parties entitled to possession of any parcel of the Real Property other than Buyer as of the Closing Date.
