CLOSETS. Shall be neat and clean. No flammable materials shall be stored in the unit.
CLOSETS. Landlord shall furnish closets as per attached plan. Closets will contain one (1) wood hat shelf and one (1) metal coat rod.
CLOSETS. Each closet shall be 5'0" (nominal in length) ceiling high, with flush bi-fold doors (as manufactured by Paniflex or equal) and shall have two (2) wood hat shelves (paint grade) and one (1) metal chrome coat rod; one (1) per tenant or per 1,500 square feet. Doors will be installed trimless.
CLOSETS. Each closet shall be 5.0" (nominal in length) ceiling high, with 3/4" paint grade, full height wood doors and shall have one (1) vinyl-coated wire shelves with coat rods per tenant or per 1,500 square feet.
CLOSETS. Where closets do not exist, attempt to install in most inconspicuous location in room (e.g. behind door giving access to room or at one side of chimney). If there are wood surfaces in a room, try to leave these in place (see treatments listed under “Walls”). Do not remove and attempt to “girdle” the closet with the existing wood surface materials.
CLOSETS. Suitable closet space, with a lock and key for the teacher when requested, shall be provided in order to store coats, overshoes, and personal articles.
CLOSETS. Landlord shall furnish and install one Building Standard coat closet for each 5,000 square feet of useable area in the Demised Premises. Coat closet doors are to be 3’0” x 8’0” hinged hollow metal doors and frame with lever handle dummy set hardware. Coat closet shall be equipped with one coat rod and one painted hat shelf. Four (4) closets are to be provided for each floor.
CLOSETS. Install 40' of stainless closet rod and solid core hinged or sliding doors at locations determined by final floor plan.
