Closed Meetings. All meetings of the LMCC are informal and not open to the public or subject to Texas Open Meetings requirements. No formal minutes are required. Informal notes may be taken at each meeting to record assignments, work in progress, issue development, etc. All notes and documents made a part of the meetings are subject to public disclosure unless excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act.
