Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA). Supplier shall establish and maintain a CLCA Process capable of addressing any quality issue. Root Cause Analysis and CLCA may be triggered by the discovery of a problem from any source (e.g., engineering test failures, manufacturing failures, or field failures). Supplier shall provide a written response within the specified time defined in the Supplier Corrective Action Response (SCAR), typically 24 hours dependent on the severity of the problem. The response shall include information demonstrating institutionalized quality improvement. See Addendum 6 for Corrective Action Procedure form.
