Closed Captioning. The BOP shall provide Xxxxx with closed captioning for all movies, television, videos or other visual programs viewable by Xxxxx, including but not limited all videos shown as part of the CTP Program, unless closed captioning is not available for such videos or other visual programs. To the extent closed captioning is not available for videos or visual programs shown as part of the CTP Program, or any educational or vocational program, the BOP agrees to provide Qualified ASL Interpreters while those videos or visual programs are shown.

Closed Captioning. Licensee shall render and/or pass through all closed caption files provided by Licensor in connection with each Included Program exhibited on the Licensed Service in accordance with the 21st Century Communication and Video Programming Accessibility Act, as promulgated by the requirements, rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, as may be amended, modified or supplemented (the “CVAA”) and applicable law. To the extent Licensor has not provided closed caption files for an Included Program, Licensee shall have no obligation to make such Included Program available on the Licensed Service in the United States. To the extent Licensee requests or uses closed caption files in a format not included in the CVAA safe harbor, Licensor makes no representations or warranties with respect to the closed captioning files delivered to Licensee in such format hereunder. The risk of liability in connection with the use of closed captioning files in such format shall be borne solely by Licensee. Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless Licensor and its officers, directors, equity owners, employees and other representatives and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and their officers, directors, equity owners, employees and other representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable counsel fees, arising from or in connection with such format for the closed captioning of the Included Programs on the Licensed Service.
Closed Captioning. Network shall provide closed captioning for the Service if and solely to the extent required by applicable FCC rules and regulations.
Closed Captioning. Playboy agrees that during the Term it shall, at its sole expense, include as part of the Signals closed-captioning and video-descriptioning to the full extent required by any current or future federal, state or local law, rule or regulation (collectively, the “Law”), and to the extent required to ensure that TESC is in compliance with all such Laws, regardless of whether such Law imposes the obligation to include closed captioning or video descriptioning, as applicable, on Playboy or TESC. Playboy acknowledges and agrees that neither TESC nor any of its Affiliates, shall have any liability in connection with Playboy’s failure to prepare, insert or include closed-captioning or video descriptioning, as applicable, in the Services as required by this subsection. Playboy also agrees to cooperate with TESC on a commercially reasonable basis to the extent necessary and desirable to establish compliance with any such Laws, and Playboy shall provide TESC with all documents reasonably necessary for TESC to demonstrate compliance with such Laws in a timely manner. Claims arising out of violations of this subsection are subject to the indemnification provisions of this Lease.

Client will manage registration and provide LJIST with a confirmed, final participant list at least two weeks prior to the session. FEES: Total fees of $15,000. Workshops scheduled outside of Monday – Thursday 10 am – 4 pm Pacific will be subject to an “After Hours” fee. Any additional planning calls outside of scoped planning call will be billed at an hourly rate of $350/hour (Senior Consultant); $275/hour (Associate Consultant); $100/hour (Project Management), and; $75/hour (Administrative) and these fees are not included in the program fees. In the event that additional planning calls outside the original scope are needed, the Client will amend the agreement with LJIST.
