Common use of Close Project Clause in Contracts

Close Project. To restrict access to the Project during such hours as Landlord shall from time to time reasonably determine and on holidays, subject, however, to Tenant's right to admittance at all times under such regulations as Landlord may prescribe from time to time which may include, by way of example but not of limitation, that persons entering or leaving the Project identify themselves to a security guard by registration or otherwise and that said persons establish their right to enter or leave the Project. In case of an emergency, Landlord may restrict or prevent access to the Project, or otherwise take such actions as deemed necessary by Landlord for the safety of tenants or other occupants of the Building or the protection of the Project.
