Clinical Topic. Well-child visits during the first 15 months of life. Starting in SFY 2005, MCPs must initiate an additional PIP which will be specified by ODJFS. In addition, as noted in Appendix M, several of the Clinical Performance Measures, if a MCP fails to meet the Minimum Performance Standard, the MCP will be required to complete a PIP.
