Clinical Operability Services. In the event Client uses the clinical operability services provided by Surescripts as part of the Hosted Programs, Client shall obtain any and all necessary patient consents and authorizations required by Applicable Law. Client shall, upon request, certify to having obtained all such necessary patient consents and authorizations.
