Common use of Clinical Associate Clause in Contracts

Clinical Associate. A Clinical Associate is an Employee who has completed their physiotherapy or health sciences degree and has, generally speaking, between one to three years post-completion experience. A Clinical Associate will be required to perform the following in accordance with their level of skills and training: (a) deliver clinical services to a broad range of clientele (with supervision and guidance as required); (b) manage clients; (c) manage relationships with clients and referrers; (d) prepare professional reports; (e) complete necessary documentation; and (f) perform such other duties and tasks which may be ancillary to their role or which the Employer may delegate to them from time to time. Generally speaking, a Clinical Associate will possess a higher skill level than Clinical Graduates and will be expected to perform their duties at a more involved and higher standard.
