Clients. For a period of twelve (12) months after the termination the Executive’s employment relationship with the Company (voluntarily or involuntarily) Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or provide, without the written consent from the Company, any service for any Client, such as those Similar Business services or activities provided by Executive during his employment relationship.
