Client’s Scope Sample Clauses

Client’s Scope. The Client shall be responsible for providing those items specified in Section 16.0 of the Scope of Work (“Client’s Scope”), at the time specified in the Project Schedule, which items shall be free from defects or deficiencies which would materially hinder erection or Startup of the Facility or materially adversely impact Contractor’s cost or time required to perform the Work.
