Client Works Sample Clauses
The "Client Works" clause defines the ownership and use of materials, intellectual property, or content provided by the client to the service provider during a project or engagement. Client Works. The Client shall indemnify the Supplier against all damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of any action or claim that any Client Works or Input Materials infringe any Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party (“Third Party Rights”).
