Client Works Sample Clauses

The "Client Works" clause defines the ownership and use of materials, intellectual property, or content provided by the client to the service provider during a project or engagement. Typically, this clause clarifies that any such materials remain the property of the client and may include examples like logos, brand guidelines, or proprietary data supplied for use in the project. Its core function is to ensure that the client's pre-existing assets are protected and not inadvertently transferred or misused, thereby maintaining clear boundaries of ownership and safeguarding the client's intellectual property rights.
