Client to appoint representatives. The Client: (a) must authorise, and keep authorised, one or more persons in accordance with the procedure set out in clause 5.2 for the purpose of giving notices and Proper Instructions to the Custodian on its behalf; and (b) may, from time to time, appoint an agent/ Investment Manager for the purpose of giving Proper Instructions in accordance with the procedure set out in clause 5.4.
