Client Third Party Technology. Client hereby grants to Yappn a global, fully paid up, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to Use, and to create derivative works of, and to permit Yappn’s subcontractors to Use, the IP that is licensed, leased or otherwise obtained by Client from a Third Party and necessary to enable Yappn, its Affiliates and its subcontractors to provide the Services (collectively, the “Client Third Party Technology”), in any case, solely in connection with the provision of the Services during the Term. This limited license shall expire at the expiration or sooner termination of this Agreement.
