Client-Specific Software. If a potential client delays purchasing or does not proceed with the Purchase of the Client-Specific Software, neither Microchip nor such potential client will be liable for any costs or expenses you incurred in connection with the Client-Specific Software, including, without limitation, any software development, bundling, or creation costs or expenses.
