Common use of Client Routing Clause in Contracts

Client Routing. We will directly route to your law firm and other members sharing your Member Practice Area/s for your Designated Membership Marketing Area, on a rotating or another fair and equitable basis, potential new clients who call our toll-free number or contact us through our website. Client calls and website inquiries are routed to the Member based upon the geographic location and practice area from where the inquiry arose. Client form submissions will also be distributed to designated members but only on a non-exclusive basis.
