Client Risk Prevention. Network Provider and its subcontractors shall immediately report knowledge or reasonable suspicion of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, aged person, or disabled adult to the Florida Abuse Hotline on the statewide toll-free telephone number (1-800-96ABUSE). As required by Chapters 39 and 415, F.S., this provision is binding upon both Network Provider and its employees.
