Client Relationship Manager. RHSS shall provide resources dedicated to monitoring the relationship with NRZ Brokerage. Such resources shall include at least one dedicated client relationship manager that will serve as a primary contact for NRZ Brokerage and its representatives. The responsibilities of such dedicated resources/personnel shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
(a) responding promptly to all inquiries from NRZ Brokerage and its representatives, and completing appropriate follow-ups communications, (b) managing RHSS’s compliance with its obligation to provide services to NRZ Brokerage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, (c) coordinating resolution of questions or issues, (d) managing RHSS’s fulfillment of Service Level Agreements, (e) managing actions items and deliver timely and accurate reports, and (f) managing and coordinate audits, in each case in accordance with the Agreement and this Vendor Management Addendum.
