Client-Provided Systems Clause Samples

Client-Provided Systems.  In the event that Client requires Premier to use Client’s information systems and associated processes, Client will be responsible for all costs associated with installation and operation of the systems, including costs for hardware and software licenses, and for training of Premier personnel assigned to the project in the use of Client system(s). All risk associated with the use of a system provided by Client will be borne by Client.
