Client Provided Lodging Sample Clauses

Client Provided Lodging. Client agrees to provide suitable and adequate lodging for Crossroads Entertainment, LLC and its representatives for the duration of the event. If the provided lodging is deemed by the DJ to be inadequate or unsuitable, the Client shall be responsible for covering all additional expenses incurred by Crossroads Entertainment, LLC for securing alternative accommodations. Crossroads Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to make the final determination on the adequacy of the lodging provided.
