Client Operation Sample Clauses
The Client Operation clause defines the responsibilities and obligations of the client in the context of a service or project agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the actions, resources, or information the client must provide to enable the service provider to perform their duties effectively, such as granting access to facilities, supplying necessary data, or designating points of contact. By clearly specifying the client's operational role, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of their respective contributions, thereby facilitating smooth project execution and minimizing delays.
