Common use of Client Marks Clause in Contracts

Client Marks. Client grants Visibility a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right, during the Term, to use any Client trademark, service ▇▇▇▇ or tradename contained in the Client IP or designated by Client for use in the Subscription (the “Client Marks”), to perform under this Agreement, and to identify Client in Visibility’ customer lists and other marketing and promotional materials and communications referencing Client as a customer of Visibility. Visibility shall comply with Client’s written guidelines for trademark usage provided reasonably in advance.
