Common use of Client Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Client Loan Documents. All Client Loan Documents entered into after the Closing Date shall contain (by way of stamp or other method satisfactory to Lender) the following language: “THIS DOCUMENT IS SUBJECT TO A SECURITY INTEREST IN FAVOR OF, AND PLEDGED AS COLLATERAL TO, PREMIER BANK AND ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.”
