Client Instruction Clause Samples

The Client Instruction clause defines the process by which a client provides directions or requests to a service provider or contractor. Typically, this clause outlines the acceptable methods for submitting instructions, such as in writing or through designated communication channels, and may specify any requirements for clarity or authorization. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties have a clear and agreed-upon method for issuing and receiving instructions, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over the scope or execution of work.
