The Client Identifiers clause defines the specific names, codes, or other unique markers used to distinguish the client within the context of the agreement or related systems. This clause typically outlines how these identifiers are assigned, maintained, and used in documentation, communications, or data exchanges between the parties. By clearly establishing which identifiers represent the client, the clause helps prevent confusion, ensures accurate record-keeping, and supports efficient administration of the contract.
Client Identifiers. Client acknowledges and agrees that: (i) it may require a Legal Entity Identifier to enter into certain Orders with AFEX; (ii) if notified by AFEX that a LEI is required for an Order contemplated by Client, Client will, if it has a LEI at the time of the notice, advise AFEX of its LEI promptly; or if it does not have a LEI at the time of the notice, obtain a LEI and advise AFEX of it as soon as reasonably practicable; (iii) AFEX may elect not to enter into Orders with Client if Client has not provided details of its LEI to AFEX; (iv) AFEX may, in its sole discretion, elect to accept any other form of client identifier recognized under the Reporting Requirements in lieu of a LEI; and (v) unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining its LEI, and promptly communicating to AFEX any changes in its LEI.

(v) unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining its LEI, and promptly communicating to Corpay any changes in its LEI.

7.1.1. it may require a Legal Entity Identifier to enter into certain Orders with Corpay Singapore;
7.1.2. if notified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that a LEI is required for an Order contemplated by Client, Client will, if it has a LEI at the time of the notice, advise Corpay of its LEI promptly or if it does not have a LEI at the time of the notice, obtain a LEI and advise Corpay Singapore of it as soon as reasonably practicable;
7.1.3. Corpay Singapore may elect not to enter into Orders with Client if Client has not provided details of its LEI to Corpay;
7.1.4. Corpay may, in its sole discretion, elect not to accept any other form of client identifier recognised under the Reporting Requirements in lieu of the LEI; and
7.1.5. unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining its LEI and promptly communicating to Corpay any changes in its LEI.
Client Identifiers. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
a) a legal entity identifier (LEI) or another unique client identifier recognised under the Derivative Rules in lieu of an LEI may be required to enter into certain Transactions with Argentex;
b) if notified by Argentex that an LEI is required for the Transaction(s) contemplated by the Client, the Client will:
i. if it has an LEI at the time of the notice, advise Argentex of its LEI promptly; or
ii. if it does not have an LEI at the time of the notice, obtain an LEI and advise Argentex of it as soon as reasonably practicable;
c) Argentex may elect not to enter into Transactions with the Client if the Client has not provided details of its LEI or another unique client identifier recognised under the Derivative Rules in lieu of an LEI to Argentex;
d) unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining its LEI or other unique client identifier (including, without limitation, all costs, fees and ongoing information obligations in respect of the identifier).
