Client Data Storage. Avetta reserves the right to notify Client and limit storage of Client Data if the storage of Client Data becomes disproportionate, unreasonable or unduly burdensome, in Avetta’s sole discretion.

Client Data Storage. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Tanda may (but is not obligated to the Client) to hold Client Data in its systems in order to provide the Services and for the administration of the Client’s account.
