The Client Dashboard clause establishes the provision of an online or digital interface through which the client can access project information, updates, and relevant documents. Typically, this dashboard allows clients to monitor progress, review deliverables, and communicate with the service provider in a centralized location. Its core practical function is to enhance transparency and streamline communication, ensuring clients have real-time access to essential project data and reducing the risk of miscommunication or missed updates.
Client Dashboard. Clients use the Client Dashboard to access Advisor’s Platform, answer the Questionnaire, open and fund their brokerage account with a Participating Broker-Dealer, and view their Platform Accounts on an ongoing basis, all as further described in Appendix B (Services).
