Client Contract Limits. (1) The managing entity is not authorized to receive funding from the department for more dollars than are allocated. (2) The managing entity shall ensure that funds provided in this contract will not be used to serve persons outside the target population(s) specified in Section (3) Services provided under this contract are limited by the availability of funds, with the exception of Section A.3.b(3) above. The managing entity may not authorize or incur indebtedness on behalf of the department.
