CLIENT COMPLAINT. If the Client has any cause for complaint in relation to any aspect of Client’s relationship with the Company, the complaint should be addressed to the Customer Service Department. For more details, the Complaint Handling Procedure is available on Company’s Website and is as amended from time to time to which the Client acknowledges and accepts. The complaint will be submitted to the Company through the following options: i. To send an e-mail with a brief explication of the subject of complaint at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ii. To send by post a complaint at: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the Quay, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ The complaint must not include: i. Affective appraisal of the conflict situation; ii. Offensive language; iii. Uncontrolled vocabulary.
