Client Bed Holds Sample Clauses

Client Bed Holds. Client bed holds are for a client that has been hospitalized or is absent for a DBH approved reason. The bed is held, upon DBH approval, for the client’s return, up to a maximum of 10 days. DBH may authorize Contractor, in writing, to continue a bed hold beyond the initial 10 days. All hold days will be at the per diem rate as provided for in the Referenced Contract Provisions and subject to the funding and budgetary restrictions limitations described in the Funding and Budgetary Restrictions Article, Paragraph A.
