Common use of Client authorisation Clause in Contracts

Client authorisation. Signed in (location) on (date) The undersigned declares that he/she has received the "General Conditions" of the eKBL Pro Agreement and accepts the clauses contained therein and applicable to the undersigned as a Client (as defined in the eKBL Pro Agreement). The undersigned agrees to grant the access rights to his/her accounts at the Bank as described in this form. The undersigned who, in accordance with a prior agreement with the Professional renews or confers access rights to the latter, declares that he/she has acknowledged Clause 25 (banking secrecy and data protection) of these General Conditions and expressly consents to the transfers of information and data relating to him/her described in this Clause and made since the said previous agreement.
