CLI Compliance. As of Closing, Seller shall have materially complied with its obligations in connection with the CLI Rules including, without limitation, (a) using reasonably adequate CLI monitoring equipment, (b) maintaining appropriate log books and other record-keeping pursuant to and in accordance with Section 76.601(e) of the FCC's rules, and (c) promptly correcting any radiation leakage discovered by Seller in connection with its monitoring obligations under the CLI Rules.
