The Custodian has no liability for the acts, omissions, defaults or insolvency of any Clearance System not resulting from the negligence, willful misconduct or fraud of the Custodian. Except as required by applicable law or regulation, the Custodian has no responsibility for the selection or monitoring of any Clearance System.
