Clear Path. All Franchise Structures shall be installed so as to allow a minimum of 8 feet or one half of the sidewalk, whichever is greater, of straight unobstructed path (“clear path”) for pedestrian circulation on the sidewalk. No grates or cellar doors shall be included as a part of the clear path directly in front of or behind a Franchise Structure.
Clear Path. W▇▇▇▇▇ and W▇▇▇ (where the context requires, each a “Seller” and together “Sellers”) will sell to TJC and TJC will purchase from Sellers all of Sellers’ interest in the Subject Franchises.
Clear Path. Customer shall clear a path from the jobsite’s point of entry to the location where the product shall be placed. Prior to delivery Customer shall also clear all rooms which shall be affected by the product or its installation.
