Cleanings. Property Owner shall routinely clean the System as required in the Plans and Manual.
Cleanings. You should have at least one professional cleaning during your treatment. If you have an appointment for a cleaning scheduled, keep it! This is not required but highly encouraged. Appointments: Please keep your adjustment appointments! Missed appointments can result in delayed completion. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance should you need to reschedule since another patient may need this time slot. There can be a fee assessed for all broken appointments or short notice cancels. ($100) There are some visits that are required after your braces are off (retainer checks etc.). I understand that the certificate provided by Six Month Smiles, Inc. to my dentist attests only to my dentist’s attendance at, and completion of, the Six Month Smiles training course and does not attest to, certify, or guarantee any level of skill or expertise or any quality of performance. I understand and acknowledge that Six Month Smiles, Inc. makes no warranties or representations regarding, and does not guarantee or certify the quality of, the services provided by my dentist or any other licensed health care professional. I HAVE READ THIS PATIENT AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. The County shall determine the place where such clothing shall be cleaned and make disbursements directly to the contract cleaner(s).
