Cleanings Clause Samples

The 'Cleanings' clause outlines the responsibilities and expectations regarding the cleaning of a property or premises. Typically, it specifies who is responsible for performing cleaning tasks, the frequency or schedule of cleanings, and the standards to which the property must be maintained. For example, it may require tenants to keep the premises in a sanitary condition or mandate that professional cleaning be conducted at the end of a lease. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations, helping to maintain property condition and prevent disputes over cleanliness.
