Clause Note. You may wish to shorten this period in some cases. The deductions must represent a genuine pre-estimate of the loss you will suffer due to the Supplier's default if the clause is to be enforceable, so you will need to consider this carefully in each case. If you do not wish to include this option for a purchase, simply delete this clause.
