Clause I. 3.2 will apply only to staff employed in the School of Education prior to 1 October 1991 and who were original parties to the University of Waikato School of Education Academic Staff Collective Employment Contract in force 1.2.93 toto 31.8.94. The employees concerned were listed in Schedule A to that Contract.
